摘要: Colloidal lithography is a low-cost, high-throughput, facile nanofabrication technique capable of producing large variety nanostructured arrays. In this letter, we report methodology, named step-by-step colloidal lithography, using electrochemical deposition as fabrication to sculpture various hexagonally packed 2D-ordered gold binary micro/nanostructured porous By the designed routes, structures arrays and morphology building blocks in can be easily controlled. Because feature fabrication, such strategy will provide versatile methodology not only for unitary components but also even multiplex materials, leading heterostructured with controlled compositions block sizes. Such structure-controlled 2D exhibit importance devices.
