摘要: Transgenic plants carrying chimeric genes composed of segments the 5′-flanking region Arabidopsis 9-tubulin gene (TUB9) fused to coding β-glucuronidase (GUS) Escherichia coli were used investigate temporal and spatial patterns TUB9 expression.
