摘要: - A case of severe crown fracture and luxation in the upper permanent incisors a 9-year-old boy is reported. The treatment one injured teeth included apexification with calcium hydroxide endodontic gutta-percha obturation. other incisor was also treated hydroxide, but as there no apical stop after 3 years treatment, it decided to use new root-end filling material: mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA). At follow-up 12 months later, tooth asymptomatic radiographically showed initial repair radiolucent lesion.
