摘要: Piezoelectric response nonlinearity is approached using the Preisach description of hysteretic systems as collection distributed bistable units. The model and its recent physical interpretation in terms moving domain wall a stochastically described pinning field are reviewed. It shown that such an approach can effectively render not only piezoelectric coefficient dependences but also field-response hysteresis, especially well-known case linear dependence (i.e., Rayleigh's law) where units homogeneously. New expressions for nonlinear behavior departing from classical then derived more complex distribution qualitatively compared to experimental data materials varied lead titanate, strontium bismuth zirconate titanate. Finally, these be adequate various behaviors as: polynomial on applied field, dc effect contributions, threshold nonlinearity. (C) 2001 American Institute Physics.
