摘要: Abstract The autoxidation of ethyl docosahexaenoate was investigated at the isothermal condition. docosahexaenoic triglyceride with an oxygen sensor. . activation energy values DHAEE reaction method were obtained E a and 1 62.5 kJ/mol 52.1 kJ/mol. for DHA oil 62 This value is almost same as that DHAEE. suggests energies oxidation do not depend on chemical structure DHA.
