Of remaining eleven patients, four caused by falls at home, seven direct violence chest either sport or fight. view radiography diagnostic all most [83.7% (41/49)] enzymatic values elevated. e Cgs recorded which only 12.2%(6/49) had abnormality. duration hospitalization 3.57 ±2.01 1 7) days. it should noted that 34.7% discharged less than 24h 73,5% under 48h. Commonly used analgesic, metamizol, applied 98.0%(48/49) cases. combination tramadol metamizol given 63.3% (32/49) patients. Conclusion: stablished results support no abnormality Cg cardiac enzymes during early hours injury expected have benign course home within first 24 48 hours. proposed assistance making such decisions.
