摘要: One-hundred-ninety-four grass samples, representing eight species, were used to determine the relationships of in vitro forage dry matter, cell wall, hemicellulose and cellulose digestibilities with lignin concentration. Linear regressions indicated that matter digestion was inhibited a lesser degree (P less than .05) by concentration wall digestion. Results for linear as functions showed greater effect on Smooth bromegrass switchgrass collected at both Clay Center Mead, NE; all digestibility measures, samples gave stronger negative correlations lignin. A comparison curvilinear models that, measurements, model better description For lignin's inhibiting declined higher concentrations. The did not show significant differences among measures demonstration response inhibitory is nature suggests mechanism inhibition complex.
