摘要: The compound LaRuO3 was prepared for the first time. It appears to be metallic and antiferromagnetic. Solid solutions with ferromagnetic SrRuO3 of type LaxSr1−xRuO3 exist all values x. All compounds have orthorhombic GdFeO3-type perovskite structure. ferromagnetism observed (x = 0) diminishes rapidly increasing La content, antiferromagnetism or parasitic sets in at approximately 35% La. show Curie-Weiss behavior fairly low temperatures. properties LaRhO3 are also discussed.
