摘要: In this study, a one-step Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction, alkene–azide chemistry, was explored using solvent and catalyst free method forming 1,2,3-triazoline ring-containing molecules. This facile utilized by synthesizing mini library of small molecules, functional monomers, polymers, which involved mixing terminal alkene with azide at elevated temperature. Similar to traditional “click” the proposed strategy uses heavy-metal conditions no further workup or purification steps are required. our design, molecule-based compounds, AB-type prepolymers macromolecules synthesized 80–100 °C more than 90% purity. Polymers made chemistry formed high molecular weight (Mw = 59.1k, 34.9k, 49.3k g mol−1). The new monomers polymers were characterized various chromatographic spectroscopic methods. results indicated that linking, orthogonal green reaction proceeds well under gentle conditions, products yields reserving atom economy. provides approach offering modular synthetic routes, being highly efficient when equivalent stoichiometric ratios, free, will be particular interest pharmaceutical industrial settings.
