摘要: Tumor cells use several mechanisms such as soluble immune modulators or suppressive to evade from anti-tumor responses. Immunomodulatory cytokines, transforming growth factor-β, interleukin (IL)-10, and IL-35, factors, adenosine, immunosuppressive cells, regulatory T NKT myeloid-derived suppressor (MDSCs), are the main orchestra leaders involved in suppression cancer by which tumor can freely expand without cell-mediated interference. Among them, MDSCs have attracted much attention they represent a heterogenous population derived myeloid progenitors that expanded condition also shift toward other macrophages dendritic after clearing. exert their effects through various non-immune make them potent tumor-promoting cells. Although, there studies regarding immunobiology of different solid tumors, little is known about precise characteristics these hematological malignancies, particularly B cell malignancies. In this review, we tried clarify role cell-derived
