摘要: Abstract Upon irradiation with γ rays, crystalline 1,4-diethynylbenzene (p-DEB), 1,2-dimethyl-4,5-di (3-acetoxy-1-propynyl)benzene (I(o)), and 1,4-dimethyl-2,5-di(3-acetoxy-1-propynyl)benzene (I(p)) give polymers having a polyene polymer backbone in the solid state. The yield I(p) is much larger than that I(p). ESR spectra of irradiated crystals demonstrate reactivity radicals produced responsible for difference yield. On other hand, 1,2-dimethoxy-4,5-di(3-acetoxy-1-propynyl)benzene does not polymerize by It suggested solid-state polymerization diethynylbenzene derivatives mainly depends on their crystal structures.
