摘要: Factors affecting the ice nucleation temperature of plants and plant tissues were examined. The mass a sample had marked effect on temperature. Small tissue samples supercooled to −10°C not accurate predictors intact in either laboratory or field experiments. This was unique observed autoclaved control soil samples. Ice temperatures bean, corn, cotton, soybean seedlings influenced by length subzero exposure, presence active bacteria, leaf surface wetness. number factors influencing suggested that predicting freezing behavior will be complex.
