摘要: Purpose To compare the capsulotomy rim strength with capsular marks (CMs) to without CMs in porcine eyes, and demonstrate practicality of for intraoperative toric intraocular lens (IOL) alignment. Setting LENSAR facility, Orlando, Florida, USA. Design Laboratory study. Methods The biomechanical was tested under two different load orientations (orthogonal or in-line CMs). Thirty-six eyes were randomly assigned three treatment cohorts: (1) standard no CMs, (2) tensile testing (3) orthogonal testing. Study parameters break force maximum extensibility. ease using IOL alignment also evaluated. Results There significant difference between mean (180.57 mN ± 22 [SD]), (178.04 ± 20 mN, P = 1.000), (181.05 ± 15 mN, P = 1.000). Likewise, extensibility at point (6.47 ± 0.33 mm) equivalent (6.49 ± 0.45 mm, P = 1.000) (6.3 ± 0.47 mm, P = .960). In implanted IOLs found be easily aligned CMs. Conclusion femtosecond laser capsulotomies showed high potential effective IOLs.
