摘要: Abstract Energy-angle distributions have been measured and theoritically investigated for 0.8v027Al ions penetrating thin amorphous carbon targets. A Monte Carlo simulation method has used to analyze the impact parameter dependence of slowing down. modified Oen-Robinson description chosen, together with universal ZBL interatomic potential treat elastic interaction. For first time, model calculations simulataneously reproduce both angle thickness dependences observed in experimental energy loss data.
