Peak Load Forecasting of Electric Utilities for West Province of IRAN by Using Neural Network without Weather Information

摘要: Accurate peak load forecasting plays a key role in economical use from energy. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) has recently applied on short term electrical utilities. The ANN is used to Predicting the relationship between past, current and future loads. Conventional systems require various variables past factors that can affect such as: weather information. Too many input cause some problems prediction for operation of system. However, we just values forecasting. In this paper two operative algorithms used, Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP) Radial Basis Function (RBF), predicting load. Then, comparison been made these methods show error result shows case layer perceptron more accuracy than basis function i.e., better mean relative (MRE).
