摘要: Structures of poly(trimethyleneimine)/mono(amido amine) dendrimer with hydroxyl end groups and poly(amido galactose having glycopeptide were characterized in aqueous solutions compared that reported before (Langmuir 1999, 15, 4076). External contrast variation results small-angle neutron scattering suggested the segment density distribution dendrimer. The solvent penetration amount fifth generation dendrimers evaluated on basis five concentric layers model. Those differed among three dendrimers, depending hydrophilic or hydrophobic interior small bulky terminal group. Moreover, profile is not necessarily consistent amount.
