摘要: Researchers have highlighted the need for landscape scale management biodiversity and other services such as recreation pollination. Ecological networks been proposed a tool to deliver multifunctional services. Despite public policy interest, implementation of this is difficult because, goods, ecological require land managers be paid; in addition creation spatial configuration network requires managers’ cooperation across holdings. This thesis presents methodological framework test an economic incentive called ‘1-2-1 coordination bonus’ stimulate cooperation. It also analyses existing cases potential adaptive co-management (ACM) develop networks. The research carried out Dee catchment, North-East Scotland, suggests existence processes that echo ACM, however ACM-potential hampered by lack local knowledge, power-sharing evaluation cycles. Attitudes conservation suggested identification three clusters based on tenure: states, tenants smallholding owners. Cooperation was more frequently found within each group than groups. proved innovative informative design which could field margins But if robust needed then bonus has accompanied through third parties and/or targeting achieve specific desired network-pattern.
