摘要: Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has been regarded as the third gaseous transmitter. Based on mechanism of chemoselective azido reduction and self-immolation, five fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) probes for detection H2S were designed synthesized. The effect functional substitution self-immolative moiety quinone-methide rearrangement investigated. Their responses chemoselectivity evaluated in solutions cells. This strategy may provide a general route designing with many commercially available FRET pairs.
