摘要: Fanconi’s anemia is one of the inherited causes bone marrow failure. It in autosomal recessive fashion. presents as aplastic usually at age 7–8 yr. Leukemias and solid tumours are complications those who manage to survive beyond two decades. Though it has been seen siblings, reports monozygotic twins have very few.
