摘要: Shafts for power generation machines have to be inspected in regards the mechanical-technological properties of final product material. To save time and costs, nondestructive 3MA technique, which is based on measurement electromagnetic material, should used this purpose. Due machining process, material shows a Multilayer structure with different residual stress levels, each characterized by its own properties. simulate signals so-called incremental permeability mode 3MA, individual had determined first. Subsequently, FEM methods been developed, overcoming issues respect multiscale geometry time, local hysteretic behavior identification at every point under investigation. The developed computation strategy modeling assumptions are validated comparison numerical simulations measurements promising results.
