摘要: Based on a derived algebraic inequality, criterion to guarantee the robust stabilization and state estimation for perturbed discrete time-delay large-scale systems is proposed. This independent of time delay does not need solution Lyapunov equation or Riccati equation. Furthermore, same problem continuous-time also solved by much simpler derivation.
