An Interactive Teaching System for Bond Graph Modeling and Simulation in Bioengineering

摘要: The objective of the present work was to implement a teaching system useful in modeling and simulation biotechnological processes. interactive is based on applications developed using 20-sim software environment. A procedure for bioprocesses modeled by bond graphs proposed simulators containing biochemical graph elements are designed. These organized libraries that exploit modularity method, very master students, who will be able model simulate complex bioprocesses. In order evaluate learning performance this system, an analysis performed pre-test/post-test scenario, with multiple-choice knowledge test.
