摘要: Summary 1. The clinical, radiographic and pathological findings are reported in 16 cases of sarcoidosis diagnosed by means lung biopsy. 2. In one patient there was strong evidence a tuberculous ˦tiology. 3. Necrosis resembling caseation found hilar nodes excised from two patients. Caseation however excluded the use stains for collagen reticulum. 4. changes preceded abnormalities several months. 5. this series suggest that biopsy with simultaneous excision node will give positive diagnosis practically all patients involvement. particular, is more likely to be successful than liver those whose chest radiographs show diffuse pulmonary infiltration without enlargement.
