摘要: This paper investigates the determination method of propranolol in human plasma by HPLC. YWG-C_(18)H_(37) column was used with CH_3OH-H_2O-0.2mol/L KH_2PO_4 0.2mol/L Na_2HPO_4(460:40:0.7:4.7)as mobile phaseThe preparation sample: Transfer 0.5 ml into a 5 polystyrene test tube cap, add 0.8 0.2% sodium hydroxide solution plasma. Propranolol extracted ether. External standard for quantitation.The assay evaluated using reproducibility within day and day-to day, demonstrated high precision. Their average coefficients variation were 5.8% 6.8% respectively. The curve linear (r=0.9999)over range 0.05～2.00μg/ml, recovery 95.9±4.5%.
