摘要: An 18-year-old girl with Reiter's syndrome after febrile diarrhoea was found to be infected Campylobacter fetus spp. jejuni. Excretion of campylobacter into stools stopped by erythromycin therapy, but active polyarthritis lasted for 6 months. The patient positive HLA B27.
