摘要: Abstract rac -α-Chlorocarboxylic acids, - 9a – e , were formally deracemized by reaction of the corresponding acyl chlorides with chiral auxiliaries ( R )- and S )-3-hydroxy-4,4-dimethyl-1-phenyl-2-pyrrolidinone, 4 followed mild alkaline hydrolysis. The highest o.p. (99%) was obtained in case )-α-chloropropanoic acid, a known precursor for synthesis )-α-aryloxypropanoic acid herbicides such as dichlorprop-P, 3a or mecoprop-P, 3b which, together their enantiomers, also moderate e.e.s dynamic kinetic resolution from (α RS ,3 )-4,4-dimethyl-2-oxo-1-phenylpyrrolidin-3-yl α-bromopropanoate, 6 phenoxide
