摘要: The invention provides surface plasmon resonance-mass spectrometry for the rapid, sensitive and accurate investigation of molecular interactions coupled with identification quantification same. Methods include capturing an analyte present within a sample by interactive layer on real-time interaction analysis sensor, analyzing resonance while is captured layer, identifying desorbing/ionizing from under vacuum mass spectrometer. Devices transparent material, conductive material capable supporting affixed to means exposing interior spectrometer without breaking therein.
