摘要: Genetically modified plant cell comprises an extrinsic nucleic acid molecule, which codes a glucosaminoglycan synthase, protein with the activity of glucosamine-6-phosphate-acetyltransferase and monofunctional uridine diphosphate (UDP)-N-acetyl-glucosamine pyrophosphorylase. Independent claims are included for: (1) plant, reproduction material or harvestable part comprising genetically cell; (2) production comprising: (a) modifying cell, where genetic modification (a1) introducing into (a2) glucosamine-6-phosphate-acetyltransferase, (a3) UDP-N-acetyl-glucosamine pyrophosphorylase, (b) regenerating from cells step (a1), and/or (a3); (c) optionally generating further plants help after (b), steps (a1)-(a3) simultaneously carried out in any sequence, separately desired combinations (a1)-(a3), obtained (c), many unavailable molecules introduced cells; (3) preparation glycosaminoglycan, extracting glycosaminoglycan cells, plants, material, parts available method.
