摘要: Several activators of bovine leukemia virus (BLV) expression, including lipopolysaccharides, phorbol esters and calcium ionophores, are known to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS). Therefore the influence H2O2 on BLV expression in two producing cell lines was investigated. The effect is apparently dose-dependent. Incubation FLK/BLV cells with low concentrations (2.5 10 microM) induced a marked enhancement p24 synthesis an activation long terminal repeat (LTR). Higher resulted decrease proliferation, induction apoptosis synthesis. Furthermore, both treatment led NF-kappaB. Pretreatment antioxidants abrogated H2O2-induced expression. Taken together, our findings suggest that oxidative stress stimulates via NF-kappaB, raising possibility biological sources H2O2, such as stimulated phagocytes, may
