摘要: A process for forming defect-free fibrous composite materials. More particularly, a blister-free composites without having to actively monitor or control blister formation during molding of stack plies, and materials fabricated therefrom. Fibrous plies are coated with dry, particulate binder impregnating the binder. Gaps between fibers/tapes allow air diffuse out affecting coating, thereby avoiding formation.
