摘要: In this investigation the amino-acid composition and quantitative levels of free amino acid, protein, peptide fractions at different distances from apex root have been examined. It has shown that as cell grows there is a threefold increase in tenfold amino-acids, twentyfold peptides. Simultaneously com position each fraction also probably changes. Further, it found various meristematic zone yield on chromatograms variety ninhydrin-reacting substances which not detectable amounts extracts other regions. The significance these results discussed.
