摘要: The effects of stress-aging processing on corrosion resistance an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were investigated. It is found that the one-stage stress-aged strongly sensitive to electrochemical corrosion. poor can be attributed fine intragranular aging precipitates and continuous distribution grain boundary precipitates. Meanwhile, incomplete precipitation solute atoms results in high activity aluminum matrix. However, when two-stage stress-aged, greatly improved. Furthermore, decreases firstly then increases with increasing first stage temperature. Increasing external stress enhance alloy. These phenomena are mainly related within grains along boundaries. coarse relatively low-density precipitates, as well discontinuously distributed
