摘要: This paper examines variations in travellers' choice of transport mode for inter-island trips when journey conditions are changed, either the total time spent on journey, fare level, or provision additional supply. The route studied is between Gran Canaria and Tenerife, where three modes available: plane, jet-foil, ferry. Two model structures tested, discrete theory investigates presence income effect. Model predictions compared with observed outturn two policy changes.
