摘要: Pneumatosis cystoide intestinalis (PCI) is a rather infrequent disease characterized by multiple intramural sacs of gas in any section the gastrointestinal tract and occasionally mesentery. Many etiologies have been proposed regarding its origin. Several theories suggest that air intake intestinal submucosa occurs through minute perforation. On other hand more than 85% cases there an additional systemic disease. This case substantiates view PCI consequence perforation colonic wall. Key words: Pneumatosis, bags, submucosa,
