摘要: Abstract Statement of problem Adaptation between abutment and suprastructure plays a crucial role in the long-term success implant-supported metal-ceramic crowns. Fabrication methods, porcelain firing stage, cementation techniques may affect marginal adaptation crown abutment. However, information regarding this issue is sparse. Purpose The purpose in vitro study was to compare fit after fabrication cobalt-chromium alloy copings, firing, restorations that were fabricated with computer-aided design manufacturing (CAD-CAM) milling direct metal laser sintering techniques. Material methods Thirty straight tissue-level titanium abutments screwed onto implant analogs. All specimens embedded acrylic resin divided into 2 groups according CAD-CAM milling and coping. Fifteen cobalt-chromium copings by using technique and 15 technique. In both groups, gap measurements obtained before (T0) placement ceramic veneer (T1) (T2) stereomicroscope magnification of ×40. data statistically evaluated 2-way ANOVA Tukey post hoc test (α=.05). A t used determine whether there significant differences Results difference stages found group. coping group applied had lower value than cemented (P=.021, P=.038). group, although not (P=.216). Conclusions Porcelain increased No terms fit.
