摘要: The invention discloses an I-III-VI multi-component quantum dot preparation method based on ionic-liquid-assisted microwave synthesis. According to the method, a water-soluble metal salt as raw material dissolves in deionized water form metal-ion-containing precursor mixed liquor, quick synthesis is achieved through basis of ionic liquid, and fluorescence properties dots are improved while pure-phase synthesized. has advantages simplicity process, easiness control, high efficiency, quickness environment protection, can be applicable large-scale industrial production.
