摘要: A novel surfactant-modulated precipitation method is proposed to produce pure perovskite Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3 (PSN) nanopowders at a low temperature of 700 °C. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and HRTEM, respectively. results indicate that the powders exhibit granular shape 80 nm in diameter. It believed nanosize as-prepared PSN dependent on well-dispersed performance, which arouse from combined effects both precipitant TMAH surfactant CTAB. mechanism formation discussed detail. Our expected create new, low-cost route promising multi-component systems.
