摘要: Since publication of the original Schizophrenia Patient Outcomes Research Team (PORT) treatment recommendations in 1998, considerable scientific advances have occurred our knowledge about how to help persons with schizophrenia. Today an even stronger body research supports basis treatment. This evidence, taken its entirety, points value approaches combining medications psychosocial treatments, including psychological interventions, family supported employment, assertive community treatment, and skills training. The most significant lie increased options for pharmacotherapy, introduction second generation antipsychotic medications, greater confidence specificity application interventions.
