摘要: This is a report of 327 phone calls to our center concerning the intrauterine diagnosis sex chromosome abnormalities (SCA). The first author (A.R.) responded each by counseling either parents or referring professional. Sixty-two percent continued pregnancy. When were counseled directly, percentage continuing pregnancy was significantly higher than when information transmitted through professionals. Our results are different from most reports in these situations, and suggest that well-informed couples, geneticists, more likely continue pregnancies. possible occurrence SCA should be considered preamniocentesis counseling.
