摘要: During the last 15 years, alpha-particle emitting radionuclides have been investigated as a possible new class of for targeted therapy. Alpha-particles can deposit DNA damaging energy 100 to 1,000 times greater than beta-particles. In this chapter, background and clinical experiences radioimmunotherapy use are discussed.
