摘要: This chapter explores how risk communications embodied in online resources can support, empower and educate individuals throughout different stages of disaster, as identified disaster sociology, which social phenomena resulting from human responses to disruptions following disasters. Part responding to, planning for, experiencing is seeking information response perceived risks, so that appropriate be made. With on-going advancement Information Communication Technology (ICT), about disaster-related risks readily available online. These communicate prepare for the best routes safety. The effectiveness communication depends on individuals’ particular needs they perceive risk. Furthermore, engaging through a variety allows transform their experiences into knowledge. Individuals adjust skills knowledge required recovery, well reduce fear anxiety. Carefully designed theoretically informed facilitating increased resilience, cohesion rebuilding communities.
