摘要: BACKGROUND The administration of probiotics and prebiotics (synbiotics) is a promising method for detoxification ochratoxin A (OTA) in animals. aim this study was to investigate the ability five probiotic strains lactic acid bacteria (LAB) one Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast strain, from three different synbiotics poultry, detoxify OTA. In addition, we also investigated genotoxicity faecal water (FW) chickens after administering OTA and/or 42 days. RESULTS All tested LAB had by significant (P < 0.05) reducing its concentration (by 31.3-47.7% 31.9%, respectively, 24 h incubation) 22.6-51.8% 52.7%, respectively). Synbiotics composed four significantly decreased FW chicks, exposure OTA, level seen control group (21.8% ± 1.7%) were more effective than (31.5%). CONCLUSION These results showed that there beneficial effect on gastrointestinal tract Furthermore, synbiotic preparations containing or can be considered as preventive agents contamination poultry with © 2019 Society Chemical Industry.
