摘要: Anaerobic digestion is a waste treatment method which of increasing interest worldwide. At the end process, digestate remains, can gain added value by being composted. A study was conducted in order to investigate microbial community dynamics during composting process mixture anaerobic (derived from municipal food waste), green wastes and screened compost (green waste/kitchen compost), using COMPOCHIP microarray. The showed typical temperature development, highest degradation rates occurred first 14 days composting, as seen elevated CO2 content exhaust air. With an exception nitrite nitrate levels day 34 samples, physical–chemical parameters for all samples collected 63 day indicated conditions. communities changed over 63 days composting. According principal component analysis microarray results, start experiment were found cluster most closely with samples. group separately. All starting materials investigated yield fewer lower signals when compared experiment.
