摘要: The exchange of mass between a slender drop and viscous liquid in an axisymmetric extensional flow at large Peclet numbers is examined. Four cases are discussed: inviscid drop, under both creeping conditions when the external has weak amount inertia. Solutions presented as function capillary number (Ca ≫ 1), viscosity ratio (κ ≪ Reynolds (Re (Pe 1). results suggest that steady transfer rate, to or from proportional elongation rate (relative) high power 3/2. In general, inertia increases, becomes thinner longer, average tangential surface velocity area increase, resulting larger rates, especially near breakup point.
