摘要: We studied the gross, histological, and vascular anatomy of glenoid labrum in twenty-three fresh-frozen shoulders from cadavera to demonstrate its cross-sectional anatomy, microvascularity, attachments. The superior anterosuperior portions are loosely attached glenoid, macro-anatomy those is similar that meniscus knee. portion also consistently inserts directly into biceps tendon, while inferior firmly rim appears as a fibrous, immobile extension articular cartilage. arteries supplying periphery come suprascapular, circumflex scapular, posterior humeral arteries. In general, parts have less vascularity than do posterosuperior parts, limited labrum. Vessels originate either capsular or periosteal vessels not underlying bone.
