摘要: In this study, we examined the various effects of PUVA treatment on cultured human melanocytes, and it revealed that 1) higher dose treatment, more significant inhibition cell DNA protein synthesis; 2) tile depletion epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression; 3) PI)VA at 124 mJoule/cm2 depleted vitiligo-associated melanocyte antigens (VAMA) immediately after irradiation, both VAMA EGFR expression progressively recovered 24 or 72 h PUVA; 4) stimulated tyrosinase activity, but not in a dose-dependent fashion. vitiligo vulgaris, may stimulate regrowth melanocytes from hair follicles, deplete Langerhans cells depigmented lesion patients with stable vitiligo. Comparing above results obtained vivo vitro studies, reveals significantly different biologic responses. Although precise therapeutic mechanism is still well known, proposed ma other components skin, such as keratinocytes, to release inflammatory mediators, some them act growth-stimulatory factors (MGSF), which further enhance proliferation remaining follicle: membrane also cells, result blocking progressing antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity
