摘要: The stage (s) and temperature (4.2≤T≤295 K) dependence of the c-axis resistivity ρc conductivity anisotropy (ρc/ρa), taking into account all available literature data as well those from laboratory, are examined. For intercalants, (s, T) variations highly similar. coefficient is generally positive over entire T range for richest compounds; it slowly decreases in magnitude changes sign s increases. change occurs a compound between second fifth depending on intercalant. At 4.2 Kρc independent. Except few 1 compounds, always rises upon decreasing T. An analysis existing models given: these invoke phonon- impurity-assisted hopping mechanisms, interlayer conducting paths, stacking faults. Some unanswered questions raised that may indicate directions future research.
