摘要: We have recently witnessed a growing, if still arguably marginal, interest in `Critical Management Studies' (CMS). Our aim this paper is to reflect upon the popularization of CMS; more specifically, we propose examine various factors that contributed its emergence, and review significance project. start by exploring conditions possibility for CMS point combination political, institutional epistemological trends. In second part paper, consider what constitutes `CMS' suggest whilst it draws plurality intellectual traditions, unified an anti performative stance, commitment (some form of) denaturalization reflexivity. Finally, articulate polemics around which politics been contested, particular debates between neo-Marxism post-structuralism, discuss issue engagement with management practice.
