摘要: Resume L'anesthesie en oto-rhino-laryngologie est dominee par le souci du maintien de la permeabilite des voies aeriennes. Ceci prend compte les difficultes previsibles d'intubation, contraintes chirurgicales et l'etat filiere pendant periode postoperatoire. L'utilisation d'algorithmes adaptes a situation indispensable tant pour l'intubation que l'oxygenation. Le risque d'obstruction aeriennes superieures postoperatoire justifie une politique prevention ou tracheotomie transitoire large place. L'endoscopie un examen agents anesthesiques courte duree d'action sont administres selon schema posologique qui depend strategie ventilation (ventilation spontanee jet ventilation). Les chirurgies courtes necessitent solide organisation reduire d'hospitalisation assurer securite confort maximal (intubation, surveillance postoperatoire, traitement douleur nausees-vomissements). La chirurgie carcinologique grevee d'une lourde morbidite necessite evaluation preoperatoire soigneuse soutenue. L'antibioprophylaxie guidee recente conference consensus organisee Societe francaise d'anesthesie-reanimation.
