摘要: Abstract Analysis of spawning stock biomass per recruit has been used to evaluate the effects fishing mortality and age at first capture on potential a stock. This technique, which is analogous yield-per-recruit analysis, analyze stock-recruitment data. It may be develop long-term management strategy maintain or enhance biomass. We analyzed fishery data Georges Bank haddock Melanogrammus aeglefinus by using this technique. Currently, about 16% maximum possible recruit, but it appears that ratio must reach least 30% its present level, if recent recruitment patterns persist.
